RYM Mission

Raising Young Men exists to display the love of Christ through evangelism, discipleship, and intentional mentoring. We raise young men above the negative influences of this world by building confidence, teaching essential life skills, and developing character, leadership, and faith. Through trusted relationships and structured programs, RYM equips young men to make positive decisions, walk with purpose, and grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally... Empowering them to live the abundant life God has called them to. 

In 2012, we recognized a deep need in Pitt County a need for Christ-centered guidance and a path toward positive growth for our youth. Out of that burden, Raising Young Men was born. From the very beginning, our mission has been to provide spiritual leadership, unwavering mentorship, and a safe place where young lives can be shaped for God’s purpose.

By His grace, what started as a vision has grown into a movement reaching hearts, transforming lives, and building futures. Together, we are not just changing lives we are raising a generation. All thanks to God and the helping hands of this amazing community!
